Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities:

UPDATE AS OF April 2010: We are now closed to all advertisement sponsorships. We are no longer taking pictures of donated carriers also, but you are welcome to still send them for the conference lending library. You may send in goodie bag items until May 10.

*The following ALL come with the opportunity to have a FREE informational booth at the conference site during the week. You will not be allowed to sell at the conference site Tues-Friday, but you are welcome to put up posters/fliers, hand out business cards, do demos and network. This will be a great way to talk to people during the week and have a lot of visibility before Saturday.

** Local businesses: We will also post links on the website with your address, business hours, website if you have one AND some pictures of our local babywearers patronizing your business.

Carrier Donations (or other complimentary products):

Send us a carrier.
It will be donated to the Idaho Babywearer's library after it's use AND it will be used at the conference as a carrier individuals can wear and demo during classes at the conference (there will be a library available at registration for this purpose).
How this benefits you:


**We will have a photographer take beautiful pictures of your carrier being worn CORRECTLY by happy families.

**We will use those pics on our website (see the pictures on the website right now), in the program and on any other literature we produce. We will credit your carrier, and list your website below the picture.

**We will make those pictures available to you for your own business or personal use.

**You can send as many carriers as you want, but we need them by April 15th, 2010. (But a note on that, the longer it takes to arrive to us, the less time you have on the site without the advertising, so I recommend shipping sooner rather than later. Final photo shoot will be April 16th or close to then.)

**If you are interested, email Kimber Tower and she will give you the address to ship to.

**We will need you to send with any carriers a business card, a short write up about your carrier and your contact info.

**Again, these carriers will not be returned to you, but they will be available for use for all conference attendees at the 2010 conference and will then be a part of the Idaho Babywearers lending library.
