Jefferson County Lake


About the campgrounds:
Jefferson County Lake has 48 campsites available and 1 larger group site.

RV's and tents are welcome.

The cost to camp at the lake PER NIGHT is $10 for the first unit (tent, RV) on the site and and $5 for any additional unit (as in if you have an RV and a tent it would be $15 per night). We suggest you reserve your campsite in advance.

"Check out" is 11am the following day.

To reserve a campsite, please Email the Jefferson County Deputy Administrator and she will assign your campsite.

For those who do not want to camp, but would like to enjoy the lake:

Hours: 7am-10pm daily

Entrance Fee: $5 for a vehicle, $3 for a bike or on foot


Some features of the Lake are the swimming and boating availability (must bring your own boat), it is stocked every year with fish (and don't forget, the Saturday of the conference is FREE FISHING DAY in Idaho!), playgrounds, picnic sites and walking paths.

Jefferson County Lake is one of the most entertaining and enjoyable parts of living in Rigby! We welcome you to enjoy our backyard too!
