Program Coordinator: Jade Stellmon



Jade Stellmon is a freelance writer and mother of two living in northern Idaho. She graduated from the University of Idaho in 2005 with a degree in journalism and mass communication, then that fall married the love of her life … a college freshman. Still living in the blissful poverty that is unique to a college family, she supports the family as her husband completes his last few semesters before becoming a registered nurse. They gave birth to their first child in 2007 – a surprise girl and even more surprising redhead. In 2009 they were joined by their second child – a surprise boy and shocking second redhead.

When her sister, Kimber Tower, first introduced her to baby wearing, Jade thought it was a bit kooky. But when her second child was born she discovered a whole world of use for the many, many samples her sister had sent her over the years. Now she totes her squirmy redheads around in style, giving them the snuggle time they love while maintaining her high-octane need to multitask.
