Travel Coordinator: Colette Hill

Colette Hill is new to the Rigby area, she grew up in Orem, UT. She was the 8th child in a family of 9. Because of the size of her family, being close to the ones she loves is important to her. Also, because of the size of the family, she frequently babysat her 20 nieces and nephews. Now as a 1st time parent, she can appreciate the ease and beauty of baby-wearing. If only she’d known about it earlier!
Colette married her husband Matt in July of ‘05 and moved to Rigby in the Spring of ‘06. They were FINALLY blessed with the birth of their son, Ty in June of ‘09. Ty has been in a few of the photo-shoots for the conference, but at home, he is usually in a Mai Tai or a Ring Sling. “Baby-wearing is a wonderful thing for this family. To be close to your child but still be able to do the dishes, go for a walk or go shopping has made all the difference in the world. Ty LOVES to be worn, and this momma LOVES to wear him!”
Colette hopes to learn all there is to know about baby-wearing and can’t wait to attend the conference this coming year.
